Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using realestatephoto2video.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or any of our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Real Estate Photo 2 Video ("we," "us," "our").

Description of Services

Listing Video is our flagship service. It converts selected real estate listing photos into a cinematic property video using automated and AI-assisted production systems, with quality-control processes before delivery. Processing and delivery times vary based on order size, selected options, and current processing demand.

P2V Lens is our suite of real estate marketing tools. Depending on the feature, Lens may support photo enhancement and preparation, virtual staging, video branding and remixing, AI voiceover, social content, reports, design and document creation, Presentation PDF export, inventory documentation, and other marketing functions made available through the platform.

We may also provide property pages, Showcase presentations, real estate website-building tools, custom-domain launch services, hosting, referral features, and other connected services. Features, availability, pricing, and usage requirements may change as the platform develops.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our Site, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each person may maintain only one account. Sharing account credentials with others is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

Orders and Payment

The prices displayed at the time you place an order are the final prices for that order. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Listing Video orders begin processing after successful payment and completion of the required order details. Lens tools, website services, domain-launch services, and other digital products may be charged at the time the applicable action, export, unlock, or purchase is confirmed.

Revisions

Each paid Listing Video order includes one free revision for changes to existing clips. Revision requests must be submitted through the Revision tool or another method made available in the product. Clips that are not selected for revision may remain unchanged.

New or additional clips requested during the included revision are charged at the current per-clip rate. Revisions after the included revision are charged at the current published revision rate. Speed-only changes to existing clips may be provided without an additional revision charge when that option is available in the product.

Current revision pricing, review windows, and available revision controls are shown in the product and may be updated from time to time.

Refund Policy

Because our products and services are digital and may begin processing immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased service has been performed, generated, exported, unlocked, delivered, or otherwise made available to you, except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Uploading content to our platform does not transfer ownership of that content to us. You retain whatever ownership, license, or other rights you already hold in the photos, logos, videos, text, and other materials you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide the services you request.

Subject to these Terms and to your rights in the underlying source material, you may use the finished marketing outputs we provide for lawful real estate marketing, client delivery, social media, websites, advertising, and similar business purposes. Your use remains subject to applicable MLS rules, brokerage requirements, advertising rules, third-party platform terms, and any restrictions attached to source content.

Our software, interfaces, templates, website systems, production methods, AI workflows, source code, and proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of Real Estate Photo 2 Video and its licensors. You may sell or include finished customer-facing outputs in your own service packages where the product permits it, but you may not sublicense, copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or represent the underlying P2V software or platform itself as your own technology without written authorization.

Content Rights and Permissions

By uploading or submitting photos, logos, videos, text, or other content, you represent and warrant that you own that content or have a sufficient license, authorization, or permission to use it with our services and to create the requested marketing outputs. You are responsible for confirming that your intended use complies with the rights granted by the photographer, copyright owner, brokerage, property owner, or other applicable rights holder.

We are not responsible for any copyright disputes, intellectual property claims, or legal issues arising from the photos you submit. Any liability related to the ownership or authorized use of uploaded content rests with you.

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to upload illegal, offensive, misleading, or fraudulent content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying technology behind our AI tools or production pipeline.

Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotional offers, referral attribution, or credits is prohibited. You may not use unauthorized automated scripts, bots, scraping systems, or other programmatic tools to access the service. This restriction does not prohibit integrations, APIs, automations, or workflows that we expressly provide or authorize.

P2V Lens Credit Terms

P2V Lens tools use Lens Credits on a pay-as-you-go basis. The credit cost for a tool, generation, export, or unlock is shown in the product before the applicable paid action and may vary by feature.

Lens Credits are platform usage credits and have no cash value. Purchased Lens Credits and promotional Lens Credits may be subject to different rules. Promotional, bonus, launch, or order-related credits may expire or carry additional conditions disclosed when they are granted. Where the product distinguishes promotional and purchased balances, promotional credits may be used before purchased credits.

Some qualifying purchases may include promotional Lens Credits. Current credit pricing, bonus amounts, expiration terms, and tool costs are displayed in the Site or product and may change from time to time.

Website Builder, Domains, and Hosting

The Website Builder may allow you to create and preview a site on a P2V-hosted address before purchasing a custom-domain launch. Custom-domain launch, hosting, and related services are subject to the prices, renewal terms, and features displayed at the time of purchase.

If you connect a domain, you are responsible for having the authority to use and manage that domain. Domain registration and registrar services may be provided by third parties. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, you remain responsible for keeping the domain registered and for fees charged by your registrar.

DNS changes and domain propagation can depend on third-party providers and may not be instantaneous. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party registrars, DNS providers, analytics services, integrations, or other external systems. Hosting and custom-domain access may be suspended if required fees are not paid or if a website violates these Terms.

Referral and Partner Program

Eligible referrers may participate in the Real Estate Photo 2 Video referral program under the current program terms shown in their referral dashboard or partner materials. The current program may provide a 20% lifetime commission on qualifying purchases attributed to an eligible referred customer.

Referral tracking may use a 90-day referral cookie before account creation. Once an eligible referred customer creates an account through a valid referral, qualifying attribution may continue for the lifetime of that customer account under the then-current program rules.

Referral links, commissions, attribution, promotional materials, and program access may be subject to eligibility requirements and anti-abuse controls. Presentation Mode and certain referral features may be limited to approved referrers. We may modify or discontinue the program prospectively, subject to any obligations already earned under applicable program terms.

AI and Generated Output

Some P2V features use artificial intelligence, automated analysis, or generative systems to create or assist with video, narration, descriptions, captions, reports, designs, staging, image edits, document content, annotations, recommendations, or other marketing output.

Generated output may contain errors, omissions, artifacts, or inaccurate assumptions. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication and for verifying property facts, prices, dimensions, boundaries, amenities, contact information, legal disclosures, and other claims. You are also responsible for determining when edited, staged, AI-generated, or illustrative media should be disclosed under applicable law, MLS rules, brokerage rules, or platform policies.

P2V-generated content is not legal, tax, appraisal, inspection, surveying, lending, engineering, or other licensed professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Estate Photo 2 Video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order or transaction giving rise to the claim.

Without limiting the section above, we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on unverified generated output or for losses caused by inaccurate customer-supplied data, unauthorized source content, third-party platform rules, or third-party service outages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or using any account controls we make available. Data associated with a closed account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
